Its that time of the year where we are now in the dregs of winter and not yet into spring.  Some of you ambitious people are starting your indoor planting while some of us are just finishing up hockey.  What to do now until the frost comes out of the ground?  Well, we're going to dig basements!  186 Riverwood Crescent in Black Diamond and 675 Anderson Close in Turner Valley.  These are our last 2 remaining inventory lots.  Specifically, 186 RWC is the last remaining new lot in Black Diamond for probably another 1-2 years.  Most subdivisions are in progress, so we'll see what that means.  With the new tariffs, everyone is unsure how much costs will go up.  So with that in mind, Woodmaster Homes is now bidding on and accepting renovations and additions.  However, with our job board mostly full for 2025 you may not want to wait too long if you are interested in a site visit.  Email darren@woodmasterhomes.ca if you are interested. 

Besides that, Susan is back from vacation and she is working with our current warranty folders.
